At Modern Prairie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
